Living people entire the world have different kinds of
lifestyle and needs as long as they are alive and still breathing, walking,
eating, working, resting, abled or disabled, functional or dysfunctional,
strong or weak, healthy or suffering from dis ease, and the like. To be able to
come up with the specific solution to their needs, we have to identify first
their main cause of their needs and other underlying problems causing them to
be in that category. Whether we bring the home care to the beneficiary’s home
or to be maintained at the facility we must always have a background of what
has caused it to be able to deliver the right move to act on for win-win
solution between both parties. With all the ready solutions to every details of
the problem, the best is addressing them when we know the other underlying
issues that may have contributed in the piling up of multi-faceted factors that
accumulated.
The
rich and the poor have the same issues of needs but the solutions to their issues
have different levels of answers to be matched with their lifestyle. No two
people are the same as we all know and even the identical twins are not the
same. Every individual is unique and the types of solution programs are varied.
Two people may need a female caregiver but their preferences will vary
according to their lifestyle. The other needy may be simple and precise while
the other needy may be simple but has a little bit mood swings. The richer
needy they are, the better level of understanding they have for their
caregivers, while the other rich needy they are the false behavioral
relationship they have for their caregivers. In answering the needs of the
people, the trained caregivers are willing to articulate the proper and
appropriate level of preparedness whether in their own homes or in the
facility.
Sometimes
in life people make simple things to be given solution through complex keys,
while the others try to make complex things be solved in a simple way. As long
as there is life people do not stop to find ways to identify the root cause of
such issue making one person to be needy in his own way in his whole life time.
As long as there is life, there will always be a need that cannot be addressed
alone but needs another one to render that solution whether he likes it or not.
Life is a mystery yet it is so sweet to feel the essence of being alive and
being cared for whether in your own home or in the nearby facility/center
matched with the kinds of solutions to be rendered. The home care is always
answered in different perspectives on a case to case basis and there is no same
answer to the same kind of need. Every answer is unique to every unique need of
a unique individual because every movement, action, feeling, taste, foresight,
aroma and sound is different to different people.
